I am getting 282-284 out of my 340's at 28" length and 125 tips.......total arrow weight is 450 grains ! I'm shooting a 30" draw Outback set on 75 # !!
Sorry.......I'm shooting a WB rest so I can't offer much help with the fletching contact on your rest !!

I just fletched up a half dozen of these shafts for a friend over the weekend. They seems to shoot well and the design of the inserts is pretty neat. We had no clearance problems with a QT3000 and a helical fletch....not a real heavy helical, but more than an offset.

i can't see the rush for the axia arrows I looked them up the straightness is .005 thats not good the cheapest arrows I could find are the same straightness? what am I missing about these arrows ?
