Ar there any quickset/"superglue" type fletching adhesives that don't leave a white residue on your carbon arrow once dry? I have tried several, all with the same outcome ! I currently use Bohning Fletchtite but would prefer a quicker drying cement. I'm sure the residue does not affect the result other than cosmetic appearance. I guess I could hide the discolouration by cresting the arrows!

Ditto JDoyles comments on the amount. I use Bondini gel. Get it at either K-Mart or Wal-Mart. Only costs about $1.69 or thereabouts and I've never had problems with properly prepared arrows (either carbon or aluminum) losing a vane.
