Now I will agree with you on that BC. Mechanicals or fixed heads it doesnt matter, the bow still needs to be tuned.

Hell, I will agree with you on that as well BC. If thats your concern rather than the actual broadhead choice, I can say I 100% agree with you.

put the blades into stored position and then roll the o ring into the groove.i dont know why people have to get on here and argue about mechanical and fixed.if they hate rage for spending more money on advertising and endorsements than competitors do they also hate mathews and chevy/gm/aka obama motors.sales would indicate no but there products suck

Well, I wasn't arguing about fixed or mechanical. I was making the point that if a broadhead can't even be assembled with out problems or something as simple as a pin being bent so slightly that you can't even see it would cause them to fail I would file them in the trash can.

I am a fixed broadhead fan but if I couldn't do something as simple as assemble them with out problems I wouldn't use them. The one item that we hunt with that should be as rock solid and reliable as possible is the broadhead.

BTW i drive a ford i hate and shoot rage 2 blades. couldnt keep a secret. shoot what you like.

I have had this problem just pull the o ring down with a small allen wrench close the blades and let go of the oring.
