put the blades into stored position and then roll the o ring into the groove.i dont know why people have to get on here and argue about mechanical and fixed.if they hate rage for spending more money on advertising and endorsements than competitors do they also hate mathews and chevy/gm/aka obama motors.sales would indicate no but there products suck
