I just use the Loc Tite Super glue. Works great, is ready to shoot in about 5 minutes, doesn't dry out in the bottle and I can buy about 5 tubes for what I was paying for Goat Tuff.

I have been using PVC cleaner on my vanes for years. I have not had any problems after that.
