Default nocks coming out

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to bow hunting so I apoligzine if this is a simple question. But, sometimes when I'm practicing one of my nocks will come out the arrow shaft a little bit. So far I've just been taking it back to my bow guy and he fixes them for me, but I was wondering if there is a glue or something I could use so i could just fix them at home. Also, if so, are there any recommended glues?

I dont recomend glueing in nocks.

make sure the back of the arrow does not have any tiny cracks, bend and twist listen for any noise.

An easy fix if the arrow is ok is get a plastic baggie put over the end of the shaft then press the nock back in, strip the plastic baggie down, there will be some plastic left around the nock just get a lighter and heat shrink the plastic.

Thats what I do to all my uni bushings and nocks.

It is VERY, I REPEAT " VERY " important that you check your nock ends of the shafts for cracks and splintering on these nock poppers!!! especially if you have hit something solid. IF a crack has occured discard this shaft immediately, it can split at release and cause a dry fire (yes you had a arrow loaded , but the bows energy has nowhere to go and stays in the bow (string) and bang you are left with a possible ruined bow or worse injured. Don't laugh I have seen it happen and have made the same mistake myself, yeah it scared me witless but I learned a good lesson...

Also are you hitting anything solid like wood, trees, rock, hard dirt? All that energy has to go somewhere and the trailing nock gets the brunt of it. And also are the nocks original on thearrows or custom build? are they the right size for the shaft? Just asking..
