Default Arrow noise on draw

Do any of you guys have a problem when it gets cold with your arrow making noise as it slides through your rest on draw? I'm shooting a Rip Cord and have it covered in felt. I noticed this on stand last year that it makes a high pitch noise when drawing back. Any products out there to correct this.

I am not familiar with the rip cord but I use mole skin on my bodoodle rest for this problem. It works well but it will normally only last one season, which doesn't bother me as it is pretty cheap stuff and i have a ton of it.....

Dry graphite lube/powder puffed onto the felt or rubbed on the arrow.
