Dose anyone know where I can down load a pic or drawing of a paper tuning stand? I know what the basic stand should look like but I' d like to build one that has a paper roll attached. Also where can you buy the roll of paper. Thanks.JERRY

You might want to reconsider having the roll of paper attached. The reason I say that is when I built mine out of pvc and tried to add the paper I had to make the stand too heavy to be real portable. Since I' ve taken the roll off and cut it down to the size of a standard newspaper sheet. I use binder clips to attach the paper. Now I can change the paper fairly easily and don' t have such a heavy frame.

I made mine out of aluminium tubing and i also use binder clips to attach the paper and it works great. Before i built my frame i use to use a sturdy cardboard box and fold the flaps in on both ends and then tape my paper on one end and shoot through it. It wasn' t pretty but it was very inexspensive and it worked just fine.

I have also made one out of cardboard boxes. I use either treestand boxes or bow boxes. I cut out a window on both sides and tape the paper on. Again, it isn' t purdy, but it sure works.

I mounted a plywood base to the adapter plate of a tripod camera stand. (crank up, crank down). On each end of the plywood, installed a long screw, slid two old arrows down over the screws for side rails, get a couple clothepins and some newspaper, and wallah!.
