Default Paper tear

Ok Iv'e been trying to tweak my bow a little bit. Never really did much tuning I always left that up to the pro shop who sets up the bow. I feel it can be better than their setups so here's my question.

How does this look for a paper tune? It's alot better than when I started. I had a high tear and adjusted the rest some. I haven't done any left/right adjustments but this looks to me like I should move the rest a little bit. Do I go toward the hole or away from the hole?

Looks acceptable to me,especially since you have made no rest adjustments in or out.

This is what my recomendation would be from where you are now.
