Default Bow Sight

I would like a little help. The picture below is the current sight I have on my bow but want to upgrade to a 5 pin sight. I purchased the sight at Gander Mountain about 4 years ago and have not been able to find another like it. The biggest reason I purchased the sight was that every last piece of fiber optic was exposed to collect light which makes it a great low light shooting sight. As evidence one of my friends who shot my bow using the sight at around 9:00 in the eveningover the summer at first he asked me how to turn the lights off on the sight. To which I replied that it did not have a light. So if any of you could give me a tip on finding a 5 pin sight or how to make this sight into a 5 pin sight the help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Your sight is an Impact Archery sight and I have the same one. You should sell that sight in the classifieds section and then purchase the impact archery sight that has the five pins.

http://www.impactarchery.com/hammerhd5.html

You could also purchase the pins from Impact Archery and string the extra fiber optics into the area where there are fibers optics shown in your picture. It will work, there is plenty of room and you will no sacrifice very much brightness.

Best of Luck!

The Spot Hogg with the Hogg Wrap is a great sight. For Multi pins it is the sight all others are measured by.

I like the looks of these:http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat21424-cat20071&id=0047072418095a&navCount=3& podId=0047072&parentId=cat20071&masterpath id=&navAction=push&catalogCode=IJ&rid= &parentType=index&indexId=cat20071&has JS=true and I personally have 2 Cobra Sidewinder sights: And I really like them very well also. Of the sights I've used and seen, these seem the brightest of the bunch. http://cgi.ebay.com/Cobra-Sidewinder-LX-Bow-Sight-w-Ultra-Pins-019_W0QQitemZ220199047395QQihZ012QQcategoryZ20845Q QtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem

0.019" pins are a must if you plan on shooting targets/game over 30yds.

Both Cobra and Impact Archery make great sights.

Spott Hogg with wrapis one of the best and over prices sights on the market. I want one but can't justify the $160 starting price plus an additional $40 for a wrap. (**local prices listed**)

$200 can get me into a G5 Optix Me(which is just as bright) and I'll have enough money left over to buy me another dozen arrows!
