You can either take it to a pro shop (best option) or you CAN use two screw drivers (not a real good idea...but it works in an emergency.) Draw your bow and have someone insert the screwdrivers into the holes in the weels and let down SLOWLEY. This will take the pressure off of the string.
Try to find someone with a press. Or buy a portable one...there not too expensive.

Depends on what adjustment you want to make. If it's simply to raise of lower it in the string, it's fairly straight forward, just slide the serving where it's tied in along with the peep. Now for rotation, that's a lot harder, most times I take the string off one end and rotate it. Requires a bow press. DO NOT TRY THE SCREWDRIVER THING!!!!. If you aren't experienced enough you can have a real wreck.
