DOES ANY ONE HAVE THE FORMULA FOR DETERMINING KENTIC ENGERY OF AN ARROW?

Energy stored in your bow times the efficiency of your bow-arrow combination in transferring that energy to the arrow.

But, probably what you really wanted was mass in grains times velocity times velocity divided by 450240.

Just don't let anyone tell you that shooting light arrows gives you more KE.

I find it a lot easier just to go here:

and type in the numbers. Lots of other excellent calculators on this site also. Hope this helps. Be safe.
