DOES ANY ONE HAVE THE FORMULA FOR DETERMINING KENTIC ENGERY OF AN ARROW?

Energy stored in your bow times the efficiency of your bow-arrow combination in transferring that energy to the arrow. :) But, probably what you really wanted was mass in grains times velocity times velocity divided by 450240. Just don't let anyone tell you that shooting light arrows gives you more KE. :) beprepn |
RE: KENTIC ENGERY
speed of bow x speed of bow x weight of arrow in grains divided by 450240 = ke

RE: KENTIC ENGERY
I find it a lot easier just to go here:
www.bowjackson.com and type in the numbers. Lots of other excellent calculators on this site also. Hope this helps. Be safe.
