Energy stored in your bow times the efficiency of your bow-arrow combination in transferring that energy to the arrow. :)

But, probably what you really wanted was mass in grains times velocity times velocity divided by 450240.

Just don't let anyone tell you that shooting light arrows gives you more KE. :)

speed of bow x speed of bow x weight of arrow in grains divided by 450240 = ke

I find it a lot easier just to go here:

and type in the numbers. Lots of other excellent calculators on this site also. Hope this helps. Be safe.
