KENTIC ENERGY ? for the techies

My question is how do I figure KE for my setup? Whats the formula? My setup is 353gr arrow 28'' DL and 70#. Thanks!!!

Try this site. You plug in the numbers and it calculates KE. There are some other interesting items at this site. Enjoy and Good Luck!
