Default RE: need with cams

The most important feature of a compound bow is getting the correct draw length. If you can't get yours down far enough you might try the classifieds on www.archerytalk.com and see if you can get smaller cams if it's possible. Why get caught up in wanting to keep the bow? It's only a "thing". If it doesn't fit it's not worth keeping.

I don't know who would mention "hatchet cams" because I don't know of anybody who makes them anymore. If it's a matter of having cams that accept modules? Yeh, I'll buy that idea. Although I know down to the 1/8" what my draw is I still get bows with adjustability, whether it be my a rotating module or replacement modules. I want some leeway to change and experiment.

My advice would be to start looking for another bow. Be it new or used. There are too many negatives to shortening a bow much more than 1/2".
