Looks as if your mounting bracket is turned, shouldn't it be straight like this...

Is STS only making one size rodfor all Hoyt type bows (without a rear threaded hole)? If so, it really looks like the rod is just too long for your bow specs.

Yes it is turned around but that is because I have to do it that way because I am a left handed shooter with a left handed bow. So it is on the opposite side. When I was thinkiing about buying itI figured it would be ambidextrious. But I guess not???

I think the side mount does not work with the left handed Hoyts. Kind of sucks for all the lefties. My step son wants one and was going to order the side mount but being left handed I don't think he will now. Looks like he will need the front mount. Good luck getting a hold of them. I think you might be better off calling as they are not real good about responding to emails. I have been waiting for a silver side mount since early FEBRUARY and they just keep giving me the run around. Black and camo are in stock.
