Default Another Question for the Bowtech guys

The gentleman at the shop swapped modules from 27.5 to27 in. draw. He did not adjust the draw stop from the factory setting. Does it need to be? Everything seems okay. The drawstop is bottoming out on the limb, all the cables are in their respective grooves, and the cam seems to whip back in a hurry. What do you think? Thanks

The draw stop should bottom out--but are you comfortablewhen this happens? I'm thinking, you're saying that the cams seem to whip back in a hurry,'could' mean you not all the way drawn and could do with a little more draw length--try shifting the draw stop anti-clockwise a little, draw your bow and see how it feels.
You don't want to over extend and punish yourself with a string whip.

What I meant by the cams really whip back in a hurry was, they aren't over rotated. If I thought Hoyt gave me the best bow for my moneyI would have bought one. Then again I own one slow bow, my Mathews Feathermax.

I would think the draw stop needs to be adjusted. I'm trying to dig up the chart I have copied that was floating around a while back, but it must be on my home computer[>:].

Whenever changing the module, the draw stop needs to be adjusted. Having gone to a shorter mod, you need to adjust the stop toward the "S".
I guess if there are allot of BowTech questions, it must mean there are allot of people shooting them. Unlike those lacking questions.

I moved the post a hair to shorten the draw. I don't see any S or L. If your looking at the bow from the side or flat side of the camI moved it down toward the nock. I assume this is the right direction. I'll figure out all this new technology.
