Default graining out an arrow

What is the proper way to grain out your hunting arrows?
Ive got confused somehow, is it 5.5 grains per inch per draw weight?
Just wondering, according to the charts my arrows are heavy enouph.
Thanks in advance !

5 grains per lb of draw weight (minimum). So 75 lbs. draw requires 375 grain arrow. Again, that's minimum weight. Myself, I shoot a heavier arrow(420 grains) because it flies better and gets better penetration.
