Find a foam contractor.. you know the guys that sprays foam inside of metal buildings. Tell him you need some for a target.. I have a friend that when he cleans out his hose will spray it in box and when it's completely dry works well. I've shot into them and they work good. They clean out their hoses after each job, I am sure if you went and met with them and maybe took him out to lunch you would get a lifetime supply of targets, and make a friend in return..

Take a burlap bag and shove it FULL of plastic grocery store sacks. My buddy has one of these and it works great. Just shove the bag full so they are tight and compressed. Stops arrows excellent and easy two finger removal. Also weatherproof. Use two burlap bags for extra strength and durability.HCH

Our club just uses big styrofoam blocks, about 36" x 36" x 24".
Even with the use they get, they last a couple of years.
There is a small foam target available for $15 or so that is marketed for broadheads. It's pretty small about 16" x 10" x 2" thick. I've never used it.
