G5 offers a free DVD showing how to sharpen the Montecs, I have the DVD but have not watched it yet. I think the Montecs are a pretty good broadhead, at least as good as anything else out there.

Your right Cashman ,they're as good as any .I agree just a little touch up is all that's needed.

Thanks for the heads up on the DVD. I just went to their website and they actually have a video showing how to sharpen. I'm gonna give it a try. It lookspretty helpful.

I have been using the Montec 100's for 3 seasons now and they fly great. I had a little trouble in the beginning getting them as sharp as I like, but I purchase both of the sharpening systems that G5 offers and then I watched the short video on G5's website. After that no problems at all.

I'm looking at shooting the 85 grain Montecs in my new Tribute this season.
