G5 Montec Broadheads?
#1
Does anyone have experience with these Montecbroadheads. I currently shoot Satelitte Titans, and they have great penetration (a complete passthrough on all deer the past 4 years). I just don't feel comfortable with their accuracy.
I'm not a fan of chizzled tip broadheads so I was just wondering what everyone thought of these.

I just got rid of my trusty Muzzy's for some new Montec 100 grainers and I will second everything that the previous 2 have said about them.. I really like them, maybe a bit pricey but I think its well worth it..
I also like the cut on contact idea..

i've used them for two years now and have no complaints. however, my buddy switched last year (on my suggestion) and found that with his equip. they whistled slightly in flight. figure that one out! He uses the same GT arrows 30 in (mine are 29) and shoots about 290 fps with his hoyt. Just something to be aware of. BUT I'LL NOT BESWITCHINGANYTIME SOONjust for the record.

I used them extensively last year and found them to be very good penetrating broadheads. After a kill I simpley washed off the broad head ran it on the stone for a few minutes and back in the quiver it went.
