I'll tell ya Pat...you are just askin' for it aren't you? <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

God help you if I end up with a Bowtech bow and something goes wrong with it....<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>

Ofcourse, if I had two top of the line bows and both developed problems within the first few times I shot each of them then I would be more likely to blame the archer and not the bows....<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Where did I put that darn sticker anyway?

Oh yeah, I almost forgot....does Bowtech give away any free stuff with their bows? <img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>

<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Phil, I owe you one there buddy...

Frank, You do get a free hat or grunt tube (your choice). If Phil gives out my email addy who knows what else you might get...LOL...My email is never hidden....

The hats are a good Richardson wool hat and the grunt tube is made by Cut Down Game Calls...

The reason I posted the pic above (which I don't see now, maybe it's because I'm on a different computer) is because I was looking through the 2003 PSE catalog and saw on page 62 they sell Sport Safety Glasses, item #4103... It says under the glasses .Safety Glasses should be worn at all times when shooting or working on bows????...LOL...

Ya better not have stuick that sticker on the back of my vehicle either, Frank....LOL....

Oh, and Frank.... If something were to happen to any of my new BowTech's I'll darn sure not tell you about it...Not after the ribbing I've been giving you...Take Care...

Frank, I'm glad to hear they took care of you. It doesn't really surprise me that they replaced the bow since yours was one of the first shipped out and they probably wanted to check it out. I am surprised that they responded so quickly though, but good for them.

<BLOCKQUOTE id=quote<font size=1 face='Verdana, Arial, Helvetica' id=quote>quote:<hr height=1 noshade id=quote> This is the second time in recent months where I have experienced Hoyt stepping up their customer service a notch or two. Don't be surprised to hear similarly good reports from other folks soon.....well, at least not about the same type of problem I hope...<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face='Verdana, Arial, Helvetica' size=2 id=quote>

Ok Frank, I will bite!!

You should be surprised if other folks have to use customer service. And if it isn't for the same problems, what other problems are there? A good report on customer service fixing a problem is still a bad report in anybodies book.<img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I have had my trusty SQ2 for 2 years now and have not had to contact customer service yet. Which is probablly a good thing from what others have said<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

IBM,

Good point but it should be noted that out of the 12 Hoyt bows I have owned now that was the first time I have had to use customer service....<img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

I think a 1 in 12 ratio is pretty darn good...don't you? <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

HuntingBry,

I was a little surprised too. I expected new cables before the week was out...but nothing more initially. If it was found that the bow had more damage after the cables were installed then the bow would have been shipped back for Hoyt to make the decision.

Although my numbers are based on speculation from past experience and extrapolating based on some otehr sales figures I have seen over the years

If Hoyt Pumps out about 30,000 bows a year. that 1 in 12 ratio don't look so hot...

2500 bows..

I prefer to think of myself as the exception rather than the rule...so knock that down to about 1 in alot more....<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>...smart a..... you and Pat make a perfect couple.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
