You should be surprised if other folks have to use customer service. And if it isn't for the same problems, what other problems are there? I have had my trusty SQ2 for 2 years now and have not had to contact customer service yet. Which is probablly a good thing from what others have said<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
