I don't currently shoot a Mathews (used too), but I just switched my stock Bowtech grip to a Shrewd, and I love it. It is narrow and flat across the back, allowing me to get a much more consistant hand placement. You might check them out for your Mathews.

i'm pulling my shrewd off my constitution and putting side plates on from this fellow. i like shooting off the riser and this will give me a nice feel. he makes all kind of grips and came highly reccomended.
