Default Stupid question about dominant eye

Ok, when you determine your dominant eye, you are supposed to stick your thumb up and cover up something nearby, like a clock or something in the next room or something. Well, when I do this, and focus on the other object, I just see double of my thumb...

This is not really important since I shoot fine the way I do, but I was just curious if your eyes can be nuetral (???) with no "dominant" eye...?

It ispossible to not have a dominant eye. I, like you,do not believe I have a dominant eye. I have tried the tests and have had the same results as you. I bought a right hand and a left hand bow, and I had the same results with each.

Try this test instead. Take a sheet of paper and cut a hole in the middle of it about the size of a nickel. Hold the paper out at arms length and focus on an object like a clock on a wall. Close one eye or the other. If you close your left eye and still see the clock, you are most likely right eye dominant. If you close you left eye and the clock disappears, then you are probably left eye dominant. This tests keeps you from having two left thumbs.....
