By the way, no disrespect but i was looking for what is wrong, or right with mine/ his mounts, not just a its not good, i wanna know EVERYTHING i can, as i plan on doing it for a living one day, if i turn out any good at it, nothing else " clicks " in my mind...

Well it is awefully hard to tell you exactly what is wrong with it without closeups. We will need close ups of the eyes, nose, ears, and different angles of the overall mount. After seeing those pictures, we would be able to give you an accuate critique.
