Going to have to disagree with you there. In my experience I have seen many a low brass shell hang up in a semi-auto whereas a high brass provided no difficulty. I am NOT a gunsmith nor am I an expert, but it simply seems as though the low brass has a tendency to disfigure, thus not allowing the action to expel the spent casing. Just my own opinion.
