Another Dog food question!

My dog has an allergy against Wheat, so I had to take all wheat product out of his diet, Find a dog treat that doesn't have it. I did, but it took awhile. As for the food, I feed mine Royal Canine, Diamond was a close second, and I used to feed him Purina One. and the three you mentioned didn't get a second look from me, Look on the internet, I did that, then went to a feed store and spent over an hour looking at labels. Also when I looked at labels for the first ingredient ( is it some sort of meat? or a filler), I also looked at the protien content also.
