i paid alot of money to hunt in kentucky with this outfit and i was in the woods for two days all day long and seen three does about 500 yards away........it was a terrible experience to say the least.

yeah they promised a better hunt but once i got there my guide informed me that Tony Stewart was gonna be there to hunt the following week so right then i knew i was screwed.

"Guarantee" is a very specific legal term, indicating a binding promise.

Sounds to me like you've got a free hunt coming.

I had a similar thing happen on a paid hunt that me and my son took to Pike CO Illinois. I think if I were you I would sure ask for satifaction and if the refuse or try and give you the run around you might let them know that you are a member of good standing on this web site ...send them the link and let them know you are going to post their responce .... word of mouth is their best advertising ....but I would think they will own up to their gurantee. I know that "sucks" ...been there ...
