just wondering if anyone had gotten any deer in south carolina

I my self went hunting on opening day and got 2 buck

looking for a charleston buddy!!!!

I have killed eight deer so far this year, four does and four bucks

i got a doe 2 weeks ago in Walterboro, and i'm stalking an 8 pointer now.

No kills so far. I have passed up 11 does and 11 bucks. Most of the bucks were 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 year-old eight pointers, but there have been some smaller 4's and 6's. I hunt the upstate and the overall numbers seem to be down for the second consecutive year. That should be good for the health of the herd and should help with the size of the bucks.
