I have either called in or shot a few black coyotes over the years. I will try to post a pic of one of them if I can find it . I did have one pic posted on a website, and perhaps I can find that the website and pic still exist and if so I will provide a link. Hopefully, I saved the old pics when I got this new computer. They do most certainly exist as either a color phase or a possible coydog.

Yea i ahd a black yote chase a buck awawy from em in the early phase of bow season and he chased the deer away then trotted at me and stopped at 15 yards or so and i shot at him wen he truned and started trotting bak off but i just barely missed i had hair and a lil blood but i didnt get any penetration soo im gonna keep an eye out this late season bow for a black yote with missin hair.

I missed a black coyote last year. I was in a tree stand deer hunting and it caught me off gaurd, I saw it in the distance and thought it was a dog. Whe it got closer, I saw that it was a coyote and had a good shot and missed. It was seen once more that year and not at all this year.

Saw an all black coyote this past dec. while deer hunting but wasn't able to get a shot at it.
