    You guys are all right, but I guess I haven' t had too good a luck with shotguns. I' ve always had too much pelt damage with them. I gotta go with Nomercy and say a .22-250 with open sights and a quick detach scope is the best bet. You just can' t go wrong.

    Well, I have owned my favorite varmit gun now for about 1 1/2 months now. It is a 22-250 Model 99 Savage !
