Default questions from a newbie

this season i want to get started into coyote hunting. deer season is done, and i figured it would be fun and cheap. however i don't know too much about it. i have a .50 cal muzzleloader, which i was planning on using. i am good with it to about 150 yds. will this work well enough? i do have a buddy that has a 25.06, andi might be able to borrow this if it came down to it. i also have one rabbit in distress call, but this is it. if i need more what would you recommend?
thanks in advance!

Well the MZ is way more gun than you need for coyotes. I would look into something like a .223, .243, etc. As for calls, I would look into the Song Dog or one of the calls from Pure Predator (he is on this site in this section, look in the threads and his SN is Pure Predator).
