If your artifical light isnot attached to your vehicle you can spotlight in NE. Personally i wouldlnt be lazy and get out of the truck and walk and not have to worry about getting in trouble.

I usually have several .22 holes in my coons too because I try to knock them out of the tree so the dogs can fight them. Ive also had trouble with them getting stuck in the tree if I shoot them in the head. It sucks that I put a bunch of holes in the pelt, but at the same time, the fur buyer I used this year never checked for holes or grade. He bought them by the length.
