Drew Jaeger....
I just purchased the CZ last week but I was able to shoot in today, Jan 27th. I picked random starting/middle of the road loads with 32 gr Sierra, Hornady 32 and 40 Grain bullets and AA-2015, Hodgdon Benchmark and Varget powders.
I was somewhat disappointed with the accuacy of this gun, by that I mean it either shot well with a load or absolutely terrible. There was no middle ground with this rifle. The factory Hornady did not fair well in both bullet weights as it shot erratic 1"+ groups.
I was shooting with some 5-10mph crosswinds and finally switched to have the wind directly behund me. With a couple of loads it was plain to see that I was getting some vertical stringing so I might just switch to a different primer with those loads.
All groups were shot at 100 yards. Inthe first picture this 5 shotgroup was shot with a 32 gr Sierra Blitz Kingalong with AA-2015 and a Fed 205M. The first shot is the flyer and the next 4 went into just over 1/4"

This 5 shotgroup was shot with a Hornady 40 gr V-Max and Hodgdon Varget and 205M primer and measures in the .400's

I am in the early stages of load development with the CZ and the 204 Ruger cartridge but as you can see there is a good chance that I can get this rifle to shoot consistant 1/2 MOA groups or better at 100 yards. I am excited over the 32 gr Sierra load as I have a 4 lb jug of AA-2015 that I need to get rid of.
The loads Iused with Benchmark did not shoot well so I will try again with it.

hey sorry that took so long to answer back. I've had my mini-14 for a couple of years now. i bought it new in the box and ever since its been great. Its accuracy is great open sights, i havnt put a scope on yet. and its a very durable, comfortable gun, it never jams either.

Wow - you guys have some nice varmint setups.
srwshooter - that savage looks awesome with the thumbhole stock - and I really like that pistol.
I shoot the same gun as White-Farm - stainless bull, fluted Savage 12vss w/swift 8-32x and long Harris bipods. 22-250 - shoots like a machine. Custom Sharp Shooter trigger @ 14 oz.
Here's some groundhogs from last year - you can see my gun laying behind. It's a bad scan of a bad picture. I should get a better one.
