sense? You only have two sense's????? Unfortunately, wind direction can play a huge role in scent distribution of your bait, your own scent, and any other competing scents out through the landscape. I have only baited maybe a 1/4 of all my yote hunts, prefering stalking and ambush. The human scent though can get you noticed, but hey, that is my two cents!!!!!!LOL

While deer hunting last fall I dropped a nice doe and since she wasn't going anywhere quick I held tight for a little while just letting things quiet back down before I went to retrieve her. i am sitting there and i here something comming so I am getting ready to see what it is and here comes and nice big coyote righ towards me nose in the air. Damn thing walke right over to my deer to get a snack but before he could he got a chunck of led from my 870 right in the front shoulder. That deer couldn't have been down for 15 minutes before that yote showed up.
