I've heard of some non pointing breeds doing this but have never witnessed personally. My four year old lab is a flusher and he's in his element in thick brush for sure.

Is anyone familiar with this gun? I went Dove hunting and couldn't hit anything, it was built in 1984 according winchester historical records, I was using 7 1/2 shot for the birds?
