Needs to be larger...people talk about using old logging trails....which are not that wide but wind on forever.
My first food plot was 100'x 50'...with rye and clover mix. When it came in the deer...

Never any closer than 20 yards with a rifle...but have shot a nice 8 pointer at seven steps with my compound.
