Default Flash Hole Uniformer

Do you guys spend time making sure the flash holes are the
same? How important is it to accurate rounds?

I do. I don't know if it makes a difference other than I know that I have done everything I could to reduce variables. I usually do it while watching a ball game or something. I figure it can't hurt.

...yes, I use a flash-hole deburring tool... one time on new brass. It's an easy thing to do, and adds to uniformity. Just a suggestion, trim all your brass to the same length before you do the flash-hole, since the tool "headspaces" on the case mouth....
