Personally I would use something a little bigger but if you insist on the 243 Barnes has a 95gr X bullet loaded at 3075 fps with 39.5gr IMR 4350 (max) and 3008 fps with 40.5gr H 4350 (max, this is a recommended powder)
Nosler has a 100gr partition load of 41.5gr IMR 4350 at 3060 fps (max, most accurate load for this powder) and 44.5gr Viht N560 at 3144 fps (max, most accurate powder tested and most accurate load)
I hope this helps.

If you are going to use factory loads I would go with the 100 gr. nosler partition. I have seen and used many 243's and most all grouped this load well. If you handload look to the Barnes X in 90-100 gr. Most meat hogs can be taken with about anything. A large tusker will need a controlled expansion bullet with good shot placement.
