I'm currently in the process of developing a Sambar load (similar to Elk) for my Remington 700 in 7mm-08. The powder I'll be using is ADI AR2209 (which is H4350) and Federal 210 primers. COAL is 2.800" with the 150gr TSXBT off the rifling 0.050". I haven't worked out a suitable charge yet.

Can anyone provide me with details of their loads using these components?

Looking up the load in two of my other manuals (Speer #13& Sierra Ed V) I see a load listed in the Speer of 145 grBTHP listed with both H4350 48.0compressed for 2911fps & AA435048.0ccompressed for 2843fps. The COAL was 2.730 for the SPEER. CCI 200, 250 promers were used and the test barrel was 24"
In the Sierra manual They don't have a listing for the H4350 but do have a listing for theAA4350 and IMR 4350 powders with a 150gr bullet. THe AA-4350 shows a max load of 45.6 for 2800fps and 2611 ft/lbs and the IMR shows a max load of 44.2 at 2700fps and 2428ft/lbs. The COAL for theSierra manual is 2.780". Fed 210 primers were used and a 26" test barrel.
I would suggest reducing by 10% of the listed loads and work your way up from there.

We load IMR4895 in our 308 and 150gr TSX bullets. About 2945fps and 1" accurracy at 100 yards. I forget the weight of the powder charge and i wouldn't want to quote a guess over the net. I'm thinking it's in the mid 40s, though.
