Wolf have you tried any of the r-7 loads yet?
I did some testing with some made here in the us and some made in sweden and they both shot the same in my muzzleloader.
I may have to try some in the 223 also.

havent loaded any yet im still tinkering with some benchmark at the moment. I might load up some today now that im thinkin about it. will let ya know how they do
