Using the Lee Classic Reloader
#11
OK, the Lee deburring tool also chamfers the inside. I dont know why I didnt think of that, I guess that it is because I am pretty new to this. I just reloaded 30+ rounds and only had 2 crushed cases in the first 5 rounds and then once I figured out what was causing it I reloaded 30 straight without any problems. I was using 33.7 grains of power (HMR 4064) and then cut it back to 30 even since the bullet was fitting fairly tight. Still grouping well at 50 yards and should work fine for my son. I am doing the 30-30 rounds up for him for Xmas. The Lee Classic reloader is pretty handy for us guys looking to try reloading and save a buck. It is portable and easy to use, about all you need is a hammer and maybea scale if you want to be exact. (Which I am using, picked up an RCBS scale last week). Once I am able to set up a secure flat table to mount an bench press too then I will go that route, but for now the Lee Classic loader will do the trick. Thanks to all who offered words of advice.
