Default Moose tags in Ontario

Well the deadline for the moose lottery has just ended. Curious to see where everyone will be hunting this year. I will be heading home to Marten River/Temagami , area 40, to fill my hopefull tag (group of 7). Hopefully some family members are suscefull with the new Local Draw (sorry Terry M). Good luck to all that applied and looking forward to hearing from you all.

I'm hoping to go on an archery hunt in WMA 38. However, since it's my first year applying, I will probably just have to stay home. ...and feast on the whitetails around my house.

Yeah Windsor Archer it sure is hard hunting moose with a bow, let alone a calf moose thats darn near impossible. Hey also where you from the Windsor are?, same here I live in Windsor.

I will be up in WMU 22 near white river. That is unless I get the new job I just applied for then I might have to miss the hunt altogether . being a city boy it will be intresting to see if any of our group draws tags this year.

I'll be in WMU 41 again. Its been a few years since I've been drawn so that I'm getting fed up with the system. But maybe I shouldn't really complain--I know a few guys who've never been drawn.
