THE BEST WAY I KNOW IS TO LOOK AT THE IBO SCHEDULE AT IBO.NET, THIS WILL GIVE YOUR RULES AND DATES FOR QUALIFYING SHOOTS AND OTHER NATIONAL AND WORLD EVENTS SANCTIONED BY THEM. ALSO, CHECK WITH SOME LOCAL ARCHERY CLUBS ABOUT THIER SHOOTS AND IM SURE THEY WILL HELP GUIDE YOU TO OTHERS IN YOUR AREA. PRO-SHOPS ARE ALSO A GOOD PLACE TO HANG OUT AND TALK TO THOSE PEOPLE ABOUT DIFFERENT PLACES TO SHOOT. YOU CAN ALSO CHECK OUT THE ASA'S WEBSITE, BUT A LOT OF THIER SHOOTS ARE IN THE SOUTH AND QUITE A DRIVE, BUT IF YOU HAVE THE TIME, THEY TOO ARE NICE EVENTS EVEN THOUGH THE RULES ARE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT.

In addition to the IBO circuit, there also is an ASA circuit. You can go to www.asaarchery.com, and get all the information you need for both joining the association, and their competition schedule. Also, there is a seperate schedule for what they call Federation shoots in various areas. Good luck in your new venture >>> I am sure once you do your first 3D shoot you will get hooked like the rest of us.
