Default Cougar killed in ct

this WILD cougar went 2,000 miles in less than year.it was killed this month on highway in CT.
it was in wis, minn,so dakota.DNA proved it without doubt.

we also have 2 that were killed in chicago and they went well over 1,000 miles.we had blood DNA from a barn out west on them that showed they came long ways in 9 months.

some made fun of me on here,THATS ALL RIGHT,i told most why i felt it was hard to catch up with cougars we are seeing here in pa.

we have print from centre county, pa but some doubt that even.
i saw one in pottersdale,pa which i wrote about on here.

but dont feel bad,PGC here in pa says this too, SPROUL THEY DONT EXIST.

Default ct officials at it

already the state officials are trying to downplay the cougar.
statements like,OH IT WAS CAPTURED AND BROUGHT TO CT.

PGC is best at this, they just say,THEY DONT EXIST.

Provide on link where the PGC said they dont exist. I'll save you the time ... The PGC never said it.
What they say is that they dont believe and there is NO evidence to support a wild breeding population of cougars in PA.

in 1993 i saw cougar AT 312PM in pottersdale,pa.i had witness with me.this was near keating mtn near cemetary.
i CALLED wco at clearfield as it was on the clinton/clfd line.

i got WCO. i explained what i saw.
i said,
CAT WAS ABOUT 100 PDS OR SO
IT WAS ORANGISH COLOR,he corrected me and said that is called TAWNY.
IT HAD OVER A 2 FT LONG TAIL,ABOUT 2 AND 1/2 FT.ABOUT 1 AND 1/2 INCH THICK TAIL.
IT HAD BIG SHOULDERS WITH VERY SMALL HEAD IN BETWEEN AND WHITE GO-TEE.
IT RAN LIKE ONE OF THOSE MONKEYS YOU SEE IN AFRICA PULLING ITS LEGS FORWARD
IT GROWLED AT ME EXACTLY LIKE PENN STATE LION DOES AT FOOTBALL GAMES,A LITTLE LIGHTER ON SOUND.
I WAS 15 FT FROM IT, YES 15FT.

i asked WCO at that time to meet me and take PRINTS.
he said, GROUND IS TOO HARD.

then he said,QUOTE YOU DESCRIBED A COUGAR BUT THEY DONT EXIST.

now, i assume maybe that wco is not there, maybe he is.

if so, TALK TO HIM AND ASK HIM IF I TALKED TO HIM BACK IN 1993.

ask him if he said, THEY DONT EXIST.

THAT IS TRUTH, I WOULD NEVER LIE AND PUT REPUTATION OF WCO WITH FALSE CHARGE.

i am not that type of person and i get along with local wco in my area.
but you kind of are trying to say i am FIBBER when i am not.
so i defend myself,TRUTH is what it is.

i do believe if WCO had met with us we would have had print.
cougar ran accross road first and i bet there was print there in mud.

that is why i asked he come take print.

talk to him, i bet he tells you he talked to me then.

First of all what a WCO may have said in 1993 is not what the PGC as an agencey has said all along.\\

Second why would a woodsman like yourself need a WCO to cast a print and take some photos?

honestly, I THOUGHT PGC WOULD BE EXCITED that i saw cougar.
from that phone call, I WAS SHOCKED.

NO INTEREST AT ALL IN FOLLOWING UP ON THIS SIGHTING.
question is.WHY WOULD A OFFICIAL OF PGC NOT SEEM INTERESTED OR REPORT IT TO MAIN OFFICE OR COME TAKE PRINTS OR SAY THEY DONT EXIST.

why?

why?
Maybe hundreds of prior calls that turned out to be bobcats, housecats and shadows?

You didnt answer my questions.

If you called for a WCO then it was reported to the regional office.
