honestly, I THOUGHT PGC WOULD BE EXCITED that i saw cougar.

question is.WHY WOULD A OFFICIAL OF PGC NOT SEEM INTERESTED OR REPORT IT TO MAIN OFFICE OR COME TAKE PRINTS OR SAY THEY DONT EXIST.
