i CALLED wco at clearfield as it was on the clinton/clfd line.

i got WCO. i explained what i saw.
i said,
CAT WAS ABOUT 100 PDS OR SO
IT WAS ORANGISH COLOR,he corrected me and said that is called TAWNY.
IT HAD OVER A 2 FT LONG TAIL,ABOUT 2 AND 1/2 FT.ABOUT 1 AND 1/2 INCH THICK TAIL.
IT HAD BIG SHOULDERS WITH VERY SMALL HEAD IN BETWEEN AND WHITE GO-TEE.
IT RAN LIKE ONE OF THOSE MONKEYS YOU SEE IN AFRICA PULLING ITS LEGS FORWARD
IT GROWLED AT ME EXACTLY LIKE PENN STATE LION DOES AT FOOTBALL GAMES,A LITTLE LIGHTER ON SOUND.
I WAS 15 FT FROM IT, YES 15FT.

i asked WCO at that time to meet me and take PRINTS.
he said, GROUND IS TOO HARD.

then he said,QUOTE YOU DESCRIBED A COUGAR BUT THEY DONT EXIST.

now, i assume maybe that wco is not there, maybe he is.

if so, TALK TO HIM AND ASK HIM IF I TALKED TO HIM BACK IN 1993.

ask him if he said, THEY DONT EXIST.

THAT IS TRUTH, I WOULD NEVER LIE AND PUT REPUTATION OF WCO WITH FALSE CHARGE.

i am not that type of person and i get along with local wco in my area.
but you kind of are trying to say i am FIBBER when i am not.
so i defend myself,TRUTH is what it is.

i do believe if WCO had met with us we would have had print.
cougar ran accross road first and i bet there was print there in mud.

that is why i asked he come take print.

talk to him, i bet he tells you he talked to me then.
First of all what a WCO may have said in 1993 is not what the PGC as an agencey has said all along.\\

Second why would a woodsman like yourself need a WCO to cast a print and take some photos?
