Deer and Cows

I'd warn him once more, then check with the local law and hammer him accordingly. File a tresspass complaint, sue him, whatever it takes to let him know you're serious. It certainly seems like he's not taking it seriously yet.

Jeeezzz , sorry I,m all thumbs .
Never use spell check, I often type to fast and dont always check the spelling .
Sounds like most understand it,,,,
No I,m not keeping the cows or even shooting any .
I,ll have to give him a call or stop by ???
Only going to mention to him I,d appreciate him keeping his cows in his field and not my woods .
This is MY LAND , I paid for it and continue to pay taxes for it .
Just so happens I shot a couple dandy deer in that particular area , Why should I move for him???
Just my 2 cents.....

One of my camp neighbors generally has between 30 and 50 head of beefers on his farm. Almost every year come firearms deer, they mysteriously wind up pastured right across the hollow from my cabin...instead of on the far side of the hill, across from his house.

I've seen deer travel across that pasture when there are beef cattle in it, but they don't tend to stick around there for long. One year my cousin passed on a buck first thing on opening day, because there were some cattle beyond it, but mostly they aren't a problem.
When the guy's dad was alive and owned the farm, used to kid him about droppin' a hereford heifer in deer season. One year he said go ahead, they ain't worth anything at market, might as well "sell" one to you and save the trucking fee.
