On what do you base your attack? Do you know his land? How much land does he have? What grows there? What is his deer density? What are the conditions surrounding his land? What have the harvests been in the past?

Any good deer manager would want to know all that and much more before giving advice but you seem to know how he should manage his place by just reading a few words on your screen.

Oops! I forgot!! You can do that for the whole state so I guess figuring out bowtrucks place must've been a snap for you!!

Maybe you can give him some pointers on how to see deer in the woods too:lmao:

BB; you always harp about the way the PGC manages the deer herd and the program has been mismanaged with overkill. Now you have a gentleman that didn't follow the PGC program,on his own property and your telling him he mismanaged the deer.
Maybe we should all check in with you first?

NOT!

Sorry if I interrupted your meal.

I thought the purpose of dmaps was so landowners could control there deer herd.

BB what are dmaps for? How many deer should i have on my property? Since you are the deer man or deer bird?

I ain't the deer man or the bird man. But I'm a damned good deer hunter, maybe even of the "alpha" caliber so many nimrods speaketh of. Have gun. Will travel. Have bow. Will travel. Have muzzy. Will travel. I'd be more than happy to take a gander at your back 40 and give you my opinion of the deer numbers on your back 40 if you'll slip me a few of them thar DMAP tags.:s3::s3::s3::s3::s3:

Suddenly the only chirpin is comin from the crickets!
Could it be that the bird has nothin left to say??????

bowtruck 08-10-2009 07:46 PM

I think the bird ate his crow pie took his ball and went back to his bird house

You did get 32 DMAPs as you first claimed. You got 32 DMAP coupons for your property and no hunter can get more than 2 DMAP tags/ per DMAP area. If you need that many DMAP tags to control the herd, you obviously allowed the herd to increase too much in the past,so you mismanaged the herd on your property.

How many DMAP coupons did you get last year and how many doe did they harvest off your DMAP area?

bowtruck 08-11-2009 04:18 AM

since you dont know how much i own how can you say 32 is alot. and that you think i am mismanaged my property. You basically always get the same amount of tags every year because they give you dmaps based on what you own and do with the land. Not how many deer you have. Study alittle bit bb then maybe you debate this and not look like a fool

bawanajim 08-11-2009 04:30 AM

Bluebird never lets looking like a fool interfere with his nonsensical posting, he wears it like a badge of honor.

blkpowder 08-11-2009 04:43 AM

He should consider wearing a new badge of honor. Sandstrom is looking for a replacement.
